Post screening discussion via Skype from Kampala, Uganda with director Nabwana I.G.G., producer Alan Ssali Hofmanis, and various cast members.

Come early for special Wakaliwood content-like trailers, behind the scenes footage, documentaries and more, starting at 7pm.

PLUS everyone is invited to become a part of the action! We'll be shooting footage of the audience to send to director Nabwana I.G.G. who will kill us all in a future movie!!

Made for a mere $200, the first Ugandan action film is a riotous amalgamation of 80s Hollywood actioneers and classic Asian kung-fu movies, filtered through the gritty no-holds-barred immediacy of Samuel Fuller. Having swept through urban Uganda on its 2010 release, the film that announced the arrival of "Wakaliwood" cinema was recently remastered and released for a worldwide audience.
