SUSPIRIA (2018)
Existing somewhere in the limbo between THE RED SHOES and Rainer Werner Fassbinder's New German Cinema, Luca Guadagnino's (CALL ME BY YOUR NAME) riff on Dario Argento's horror masterpiece follows hopeful American dancer Susie Bannion (Dakota Johnson) as she joins the world-renowned Berlin-based Helena Markos Dance Company—and quickly begins to realize there may be more going on than meets the eye.
